Rocket Alexander

Singer-songwriter

Calgary's very own Rocket Alexander is a singer-songwriter who blends inspiration from 60s folk and 90s punk with a dash of early 2000s Canadiana to create a sound that is uniquely Rocket. A veteran in the scene, Rocket has played in various projects for the better part of fifteen years but shifted his focus to his solo work after releasing his debut EP "Off Like a Rocket" in 2020. A dedicated supporter of Calgary's vibrant music scene, he is often found in the crowd at local shows or hosting the monthly songwriter night "Gravity in the Round."
